In the past month, A2S has had the privilege of welcoming a few new team members! Please take a moment to read a little bit about their stories & feel free to reach out and say hello!
We are so excited to see where the Lord is taking us as we continue to grow and build our A2S family.
Blessings,
Andrew Lovedale
Welcome (Back) Morgan Clark
Director of Operations
A2S co-founder, Morgan Clark, is excited to take advantage of the best corporate perk she’s heard of yet: a five-month sabbatical! Since leaving the day-to-day operations of A2S in 2012, Morgan has been involved as a board member, but the demands of corporate life have limited her desires to be more involved over the last few years. She’s excited to return to A2S to help refresh strategy and implement new processes to deliver measurable, cost-effective results.
“While I have always carried the perspective of those A2S serves close to me, the corporate world occasionally makes it hard to keep that front & center. I can’t wait to get back to the root of what really matters to me: loving & serving others. I am excited to see how the operations have improved in the last five years, and look forward to supporting the entire A2S team in achieving our mission and vision. I’m counting the days until I return to Nigeria this summer to connect directly with those we serve and support!” — Morgan
Our “Townie” Rebecca Clark
Administrative Assistant
Our own Davidson townie, Rebecca Clark joined the team in February. Her connections with the community run deep — she is a Davidson College alum, and she and her husband spent twenty-five years as inn keepers of the Davidson Village Inn. The couple decided to retire, but we are quickly learning that Rebecca has no plans of slowing down anytime soon! She is a huge asset to the A2S family, and we are so grateful for her energy, passion, and organizational prowess!
“As a personal & business sponsor of A2S for many years, it only seemed natural to become a part of this organization, when the opportunity presented itself.”
— Rebecca
World Traveler Tiffany Wilkinson
Communications & Development Manager
Tiffany learned of A2S through Lake Forest Church & jumped at the opportunity to be involved. The world grabbed her heart when she took her first trip to South Africa in 2004; since then, she’s lived in Senegal, West Africa & Dongguan, China & has traveled all over the world. Tiffany finds purpose in building a dignified bridge of cross-cultural communication. She has already blessed us with her creative juices, & we are excited to see how the Lord uses her to grow A2S!
“As I continue to grow & learn from those on this incredible team, it’s not lost on me how much the Lord is doing through everyone’s hard work & dedication. It’s a privilege to be welcomed in to this family of givers, & I consider it such an honor to be entrusted to walk along side such a strong unit! I’m so excited to watch as these A2S kids continues to flourish, and I can’t wait to meet them and hug their necks, this summer!” — Tiffany
