We caught up with James Momoh of St. James Farms, 2017 A2S Pitch Competition winner, A2S mentor, and an active member in our A2S online platform for entrepreneurs, to hear his 2020 A2S story.
The year 2020 has been a unique and memorable year for me and my business. It started on a quiet note, and before we could have a broad understanding of the year we were faced with the Covid-19 pandemic. The pandemic slowed down a lot of things and made some goals less achievable. However, my highest priority was to readjust, stay safe, and keep hope alive.
Access to Success (A2S) remained a pillar of support for me throughout this year. The A2S online community for entrepreneurs also helped me gain useful business knowledge, both as a mentor and a mentee. I taught a couple of classes in the community, and it was fun.
The challenges that came with 2020 have been a lesson rather than a setback.
I am still very grateful for life, for my family, friends, associates, and the fact that there will always be someone smiling when I look around. I am grateful to A2S for being an important part of my 2020 story.
