Dearest FaithFuel Community,
At A2S, we are constantly blessed with men and women who give their time, energy, and hearts to serve in the Lord’s vineyard. One such extraordinary steward is Mr. Chukwuemeka, and this month, we are honored to share his story.
Mr. Chukwuemeka is a graduate of biochemistry from the University of Benin. He is married and blessed with two wonderful children. Beyond his family life, he takes on many roles: programmer, freelancer, and part-time teacher.
His journey into teaching was born out of necessity. Faced with unemployment, Mr. Chukwuemeka decided to take on part-time teaching jobs across different schools just to make ends meet. Each week, he juggles at least three teaching jobs a day while managing freelance projects that help support his monthly income—yet amidst it all, he still makes time to volunteer at the A2S Academy.

Two years ago, a friend introduced him to the Foundation. At first, he hesitated because of the distance between his home and the Academy. But as he learned more about the vision and saw the unwavering commitment of the Founder towards transforming the community, his heart was stirred. He knew he wanted to be a part of that mission.
Since then, volunteering at A2S has become more than an act of service—it has been a journey of personal growth. He enjoys the freedom to create his own curriculum, and he treasures the culture of teamwork that A2S promotes. According to him, “The Foundation’s style and curriculum have helped me design better teaching plans, which I now use in my other jobs.”
For Mr. Chukwuemeka, A2S has not only been a platform to give, but also to receive. The system has shaped him into a more strategic and intentional teacher. This shift in mindset has earned him commendations from the other schools he works with and has deeply influenced his approach to work and life.

“Volunteering here has built a positive working culture in me,” he says. “It’s not just about teaching children; it’s about building lives, including mine.”
And truly, we are blessed to have volunteers like Mr. Chukwuemeka. His resilience, his heart for service, and his dedication to pouring into children’s lives is inspiring. People like him remind us that this mission is bigger than one person.
Together, through acts of sacrifice and love, we are equipping children with not just information, but with wisdom, guidance, and godly values that will help them make the right choices and grow into faithful stewards of their own communities.
With love always,
Omotayo Oluwashola
Communication Coordinator
