At Carolina Lands Consultants (CLC), giving back isn’t about recognition—it’s about faith, stewardship, and making a meaningful difference.

CLC’s owner & founder Brad Vice first became involved with A2S through John Woods, former mayor of Davidson, who introduced the organization and encouraged participation in the 2025 golf tournament. The connection was already familiar, however, as the team had watched Andrew’s mission grow from its early days collecting shoes at Davidson Basketball games into the impactful ministry it is today. CLC came back again this year as an A2S Golf Tournament sponsor, and they were an integral part in making the tournament a success again this year!

For CLC, supporting organizations like A2S aligns directly with the company’s core values. “We make an effort to quietly support charities that promote God’s vision,” Vice shared. “We want to champion activities and organizations that bring glory to God. We don’t look for recognition for our giving; we just want to do the right things and try to make a difference where needed.”

One of the things Vice hopes more people will discover about A2S is the critical work being done in Nigeria amid ongoing Christian persecution in certain regions of Nigeria. Vice believes the ministry’s impact deserves greater visibility and that sharing Andrew’s mission can help expand awareness and support.

Faith has been woven into the fabric of Carolina Lands Consultants since its founding. Early on, the company made a commitment to dedicate a portion of its profits back to God’s work—a practice they describe as “company tithing.” As Vice explains, “We want God to be our partner in the business, and so He deserves His cut also.” Their company purpose statement begins with a guiding principle that continues to shape everything they do:

“To glorify God and enjoy Him in everything that we do.”

Professionally, CLC operates with a unique boutique business model focused exclusively on commercial properties. The company specializes in managing large green spaces for select clients, overseeing every aspect of landscape stewardship—from grounds maintenance, irrigation, and tree care to stormwater management, lighting, and hardscape systems. Rather than performing the work directly, CLC develops maintenance specifications and manages contractors to ensure each property is cared for at the highest level.

True to their philosophy, CLC relies almost entirely on relationships and reputation rather than advertising. “We don’t advertise or market,” Vice notes. “Most of our clients find us.”
